One of the most popular card games worldwide. The aim of the game is to score a total of points as close to 21 as possible, but not exceeding this number. The game is played against the dealer, making it fun for beginners and experienced players alike.

A standard deck of 52 cards is used for the game (casinos often use several decks mixed together). All cards have their own denominations:

- Cards with numbers between 2 and 10 have a value equal to their face value.

- Jacks, queens and kings (pictures) are valued at 10 points.

- Aces can be either 1 or 11 points, whichever is more favorable to the player.

*Game Rules:.

The game begins with two cards being dealt to each player and the dealer. The players' cards are usually dealt open, one card of the dealer is dealt open, and one card of the dealer is dealt closed.

After all players have finished their turns, the dealer reveals his closed card and, depending on the amount of points, may take additional cards. The rules under which the dealer takes additional cards are usually fixed and depend on the particular casino (for example, the dealer must take cards until he has at least 17 points).

After the dealer has finished drawing cards, the sum of all participants' points is counted. If a player has more points than the dealer, but not more than 21, he wins and receives the winnings of his bet. If a player is “overdrawn” (more than 21 points), he loses the bet. If the player and the dealer have the same number of points, a “draw” is declared and the bet is returned to the player
